5. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we may take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

We may also notify the user who uploaded the material and provide information about the complaint where appropriate.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.

A valid counter-notification should generally include:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

7. Repeat Infringers

thinkBigga may suspend or terminate accounts belonging to users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers or who repeatedly upload content that violates applicable intellectual property laws or our policies.

8. False or Misleading Claims

Copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications should only be submitted when the sender has a legitimate basis for doing so.

Knowingly submitting false or materially misleading information may result in legal consequences and may result in restrictions on the sender's use of thinkBigga.

9. Other Intellectual Property

This policy addresses copyright complaints. Trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property concerns may be handled separately and should be submitted with enough information for us to understand the nature of the complaint.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated policy is published on thinkBigga.
